Since 2017, I have been sharing my passion for real estate in serving the Northwest Arkansas Community as "Rachel Rae NWA." As an Executive Broker at Harris Heights Realty, I hold myself to the highest standard and focus upon treating people with sincerity, kindness and respect.  My professional expertise coupled with my familiarity of the NWA Market has served me well as I have been recognized by the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors as Sapphire Status 2021, 2022, and 2023 as well as Amethyst in 2020.

What an awesome year 2023 was as my husband and I welcomed our third child. I am truly humbled by how supportive the community has been of my real estate business and of those who value my position as a hard working mom.
