As Principal Broker and Owner at Tract & Frame Realty, I have been sharing my passion for real estate since 2017. I hold myself to the highest standard and focus upon treating people with sincerity, kindness and respect. My professional expertise as “Rachel Rae NWA” and my familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas Market has served me well as I have been recognized by the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors (NABOR) for five years running. This year I will be receiving the Diamond Award, and I produced $8M+ between both the residential and commercial realms. I also serve a member of the leadership team for NABOR, and my brokerage partners with the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.

I am truly humbled by how supportive the community has been of my real estate business and of those who value my position as a hard working mom. My husband Mitch and I have three beautiful children ages 1, 3, and 5. Mitch and I are so proud of our babies and love spending as much time with them as possible. We have been known to participate regularly in “bring your kiddo to work day” as we believe in instilling success and work ethic at an early age. In our “Family First” centric environment, I cannot be more sincere when I say that helping you find your dream home or facilitating a smooth selling process brings me joy.
